YSH Creative Ltd. is the parent company of CPE123 Solutions. It was started by Pankaj Yawalkar, Dan Snider, and Chris Horne in 2024 to fulfill the unmet needs of CPE sponsors.

We (Pankaj, Dan, and Chris) are three guys with 40-plus years of combined history of working with the NASBA Registry, state boards of accountancy, and numerous other boards and certifications in the tax and accounting learning space. In early 2024, Dan and Pankaj came together with a business idea to leverage their NASBA Registry sponsorship experience and product development experience to create a new solution to serve learning content providers. Along the way, they brought Chris into the planning sessions to help develop features to enhance CPE123. By the of summer 2024, YSH Creative Ltd was incorporated and these guys were all in on bringing CPE123 to the NASBA Registry community. Our journey has just begun. CPE123 is not about bells and whistles … it is about consultation and application support to make life easier for tax and accounting content providers. We are on a mission to build an entire ecosystem to ensure your team is truly productive.

Meet the Team

  • Pankaj Yawalkar

    Co-Founder and CPO


    Pankaj Yawalkar     brings over two decades of product leadership and business mastery to our Chief Product Officer and Secretary roles at the company. Pankaj (think “package” with a smooth French accent) is the pull that brought the team together and keeps everyone working with the administrator at the top of our minds. His passion for delighting the customer is only eclipsed by his business acumen in keeping YSH Creative Ltd (our parent company) compliant with all the business regulations. Pankaj lives in the Dallas metroplex area, where he manages the crazy weather and even crazier driving.

  • Dan Snider

    Co-Founder and CTO


    Dan Snider has been working with accreditation and documentation for some of the biggest names in the accounting space for over 30 years. Dan is our Innovation Guru at CPE123 and his impact is felt on each screen you use. Dan’s attention to detail and superior logic skills enable the inspiring research and coding needed to bring your workflow dreams to life. Dan has worked at industry giants such as Deloitte and Thomson Reuters. Even now, Dan splits his time between CPE123, the West Caldwell (NJ) Planning Board, and freelance consulting. A thinker in every sense of the word, Dan relishes figuring out how to add features and tools that make your life easier while watching for deer in his New Jersey suburban backyard.

  • Chris Horne

    Co-Founder and President

    Chris Horne is our resident President and Chief Customer Caretaker. You have probably spoken to Chris directly, either to learn more about CPE123, or if there’s a matter that you want to speak to someone about. Chris’s voice has narrated several training videos, and he works closely with our advisory team to review feedback and figure out what cool stuff we’ll do next. Chris has been in the accounting industry for over 20 years, first with the compliance tool Reqwired, then with Thomson Reuters’ MicroMash and PASS Online content brands, and eventually the aggregate life of Checkpoint Learning for compliance and content solutions. Chris is a native Floridian who enjoys his life a mile from the water in Tampa, Florida.
